If it's not simple, it's not Anathletics. When it comes to training our bodies, we want 100% of our focus on progress. Your tools shouldn't hold you back. You shouldn't be spending more time logging your workouts than you are actually working out. Anathletics strives to be as simple as you want it to be. If you want nothing more than a list of exercises to perform, then we will let you do that. If you want to track every minute stat, then by all means, we've got your back.

What's more, Anathletics aims to be completely "off the grid", if you want it to be. That means that once you've loaded the app once, it never needs to access the internet again. You can manage all of your information completely offline. This is to give piece of mind that the app is only going to be involved in your training as much as you want it to be.

Everyone goes through phases in their fitness journey. You may start our just doing random exercises to get in shape. Then you find that you want to build muscle, so you do a bulking workout. Then you decide that Crossfit or HIIT training is your style. Through all of your changes, you want tools that can keep up with you. Anathletics lets you train however you want while still tracking all of your progress.
